I am Catriona, a 20 year old from the West Coast of Scotland and I will briefly describe how I got to being here..

Whilst living away from home, I often feel stressed and run down. My mechanism to dealing with the stresses of everyday life is baking.  

I hope to be able to provide and learn new, delicious recipes through this blog.

I aim to be here as often as I can but please be patient with me as I am a second year university student and, although I would love to put all my time into baking, unfortunately I am laden with deadlines and tests.
